Outdoor changeable letter signs provide the ability to communicate with your community, customers, vacationers and passerby's. These high quality long term illuminated exterior signs come with a variety of options to meet your advertising requirements. We use TOP quality aluminum construction with sturdy welded corners, solar grade poly carbonate faces, and durable acrylic lettering. We offer 3 different letter tracking sizes for optimum viewing distance needs. Optional features include protective vandal covers, full color graphic printing, powder coat scratch resistant paint colors, dusk to dawn sensors, and shut off switches.

- Sign Frame is made from high quality brushed aluminum with welded corners for a sophisticated look that will last years to come.
- Sign Face is a solar grade white polycarbonate pan face ready for your graphic to be applied.
- Printed full color graphics are available, applied to the outside or the inside to protect your graphics from the elements.
- Letter tracking comes in 3 different sizes for optimum viewing distance size requirements.
- Easily access the inside of your sign for maintenance by opening the hinged retainers and sliding out the sign face
- These sign cabinets are rated for 120 mph B wind load and built to last.

Lettering:
Sign lettering is optional. All of our changeable sign letters are made of durable impact acrylic that withstand weathering and the intense heat of lighted signs. Gemini Sign Letters are acrylic .080" plastic letters that will not warp or blow away under most conditions. These changeable sign letters have raised edges to prevent scratching and feet on the base of each letter to keep it from being frozen to the track in winter. Gemini sign letters represent the best in outdoor sign letters.

Optional Locking Vandal Cover:
The tamper proof locking vandal cover provides you with the security that your message will remain unaltered until you change it. The embarrassment and expense caused by vandalism can limit the impact and enjoyment of your sign.
- Easy Access: The top edge of the cover is hinged for easy access. The cover is equipped with a sturdy prop arm system, designed to last the entire life of your sign. The vandal cover opens at a 90 degree angle for easy and safe letter changing.
- Tamper Proof: The vandal cover has multiple locks across the bottom edge that will ensure entry protection for the life of your sign.
- Material & Circulation: The cover is crafted from graffiti and vandal resistant sign face material. UV protection in the material prevents yellowing and cracking. The vandal cover allows air to circulate at strategic points along the letter tracking preventing condensation, mildew and mold from building up on the cover that could hinder the readability of your message.

- Protected from vandalism - Spray paint and egg wipes right off of the smooth outer Lexan with rubbing alcohol, even if dry.
- Protected from UV rays - UV protection built into both the outer Lexan and 3M vinyl prevent damage and yellowing from the sun's harmful rays

Frame Paint Color:
- Powder coat paint colors are optional
- We exclusively use powder coat paints finishes applied individually to each metallic component of the sign, ensuring no gaps in coverage.
- Our powder coatings are baked on at over 400 degrees, which ensures a tougher finish.
- Powder coating is also environmentally friendly, as it does not release solvent fumes or require chemical cleanup.
- Uniform appearance - Superior color consistency with no runs or drips.
- Superior durability - Baked on at 400 degrees resulting in molecular cross-linking with underlying structure.
- High gloss - Results in a professional, high quality look.
- Chemical corrosion and rust protection - Resists most chemical compounds and deflects water.
- Vandal Resistant - Spray paint and egg are easily removed with approved cleaners.

Once a custom order has started production it can not be cancelled.
