Zoom Outdoor Spinning Banner The Zoom outdoor spinning banner gets noticed. The spinning hardware allows the graphic to rotate with the wind. This keeps the sign from being blown over and the movement gets the sign noticed. The Zoom graphic stands 10 feet tall when used with the spike (see graphic). It stands 8 feet with a stabilizing vinyl ring and floor base as show in the picture. The one sided graphic is printed on flag material.
