Privacy:
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart. Our site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart.

We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to help us identify purchases and communicate with our customers. Return - Cancellation Policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return any purchased item in its original condition and packaging within 5 days. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all non custom* order items returned. NO REFUNDS are offered on printed banners or used merchandise. Customers are responsible for returning the item in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Please properly package and insure the item(s), so a claim can be filed with the carrier if damage occurs during return shipping. Claims can not be made on items not properly and securely packaged. Goods are to be returned, freight prepaid, along with a copy of your invoice and the reason for the return. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. The 5 day time frame begins when you receive your order. After 5 days, NO REFUNDS are issued. Returns must be postmarked or shipped back to us NO LATER than the 5th day from the date you received your product(s).

* Custom orders required a minimum 50% deposit which is NON-REFUNDABLE after production has begun. Prepaid custom orders will receive a 50% return if the order is cancelled before shipping. Retuning custom orders ... customer is responsible for returning the item in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition within 5 days. Be sure to properly package and insure the item(s) so a claim can be filed with the carrier if damage occurs during return shipping; claims can not be made on items not properly and securely packaged. Returns must be postmarked or shipped back to us no later than on the 5th day from the date of you received your product(s). After 5 days, NO REFUNDS are issued. Guarantees:
All items are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects when received. If the product you purchased is damaged, defective or items are missing, we will fix or replace at our cost. You may be required to show photos of broken pieces so appropriate replacement parts can be shipped out. We will pay for return shipping and replacement shipping for a period of 30 days from the original purchase date. You will need to communicate with Anything Display for the proper method in handling the exchange/return.

All items are also guaranteed by the manufacturer. Specific warranty periods vary by manufacturer and items purchased. The warranty period varies from 90 days to one year. Shipping:
Shipping charges for most items are calculated prior to completing your order. Shipping Charges are based on your location and weight of the item(s). Most items will ship directly from the manufacturer. Upon approval of payment, most orders will ship within 3 business days. The amount charged during the check out process is not a guaranteed price, shipping charges can fluctuate. Anything Display reserves the right adjust final shipping amount where ever a discrepancy arrives, we will confirm additional charges before any items are shipped. On those orders, where shipping can not be calculated, a representative from Anything Display will contact you after your order is placed to finalize the shipping costs. Please note that refused deliveries are treated as a return or cancelled order subject to the terms and conditions specified above under the heading Return - Cancellation Policy.

International Customers:
Orders and Delivery outside of the United States and Canada are not handled online. To guarantee prompt delivery and proper shipping, you should place your order by contacting us via email or telephone.

When you order through our Web Site you can be sure your credit card is secure. On all secure pages you will see a small lock at the bottom of your browser insuring you that the site is secure. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Anything Display conducts all order transactions via a secure server. Anything Display conducts routine scans of our web server and website, to guarantee that it is secure.
