Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Anything Display from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from or relating to Customer's provision, or an end user's use, of Customer's Content, or any act, error, or omission of Customer in connection therewith, including but not limited to matters relating to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information; libel; invasion of privacy; infringement of a copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark, or other intellectual property or other right; or violation of any applicable law.
Returns (RMA): Failure to follow the return policy may delay processing your return request or void refunds all together.
All products returned for ANY reason MUST have an RMA number: Please call your customer service representative at 239-433-9738 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer service representative will assist you and provide you with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number and a return shipping label. We will do our best to resolve returns as quickly as possible.
Return - Cancellation Policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return any purchased item in its original condition and packaging within 5 days. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all non custom off the shelf items returned. All products returned for ANY reason MUST have an RMA number. NO REFUNDS are offered on printing, custom orders or used merchandise. Customers are responsible for returning the item in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Please properly package and insure the item(s), so a claim can be filed with the carrier if damage occurs during return shipping. Claims cannot be made on items not properly and securely packaged. Goods are to be returned with an RMA label on the outside of the box, freight prepaid, along with a copy of your invoice and the reason for the return. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. The 5 day time frame begins when you receive your order. After 5 days, NO REFUNDS are issued. Returns must be postmarked or shipped back to us NO LATER than the 5th day from the date you received your product(s).
Returning Custom Orders: NO REFUNDS are offered on printed materials and/or custom made products. We reserve the right at any time to correct clerical errors. Once a custom order has started production it can not be canceled. Custom merchandise is produced specifically for the customer and is not returnable.Guarantees:
Customer must inspect for freight and shipping damage before accepting shipment. Concealed damage must be reported
within 24 hours. Obvious damage must be noted on the delivery receipt.
Shipping charges for most items are calculated prior to completing your order. Shipping Charges are based on your location and weight of the item(s). Most items will ship directly from the manufacturer. Upon approval of payment, most orders will ship within 3 business days. The amount charged during the check out process is not a guaranteed price, shipping charges can fluctuate. Anything Display reserves the right adjust final shipping amount where ever a discrepancy arrives, we will confirm additional charges before any items are shipped. On those orders, where shipping can not be calculated, a representative from Anything Display will contact you after your order is placed to finalize the shipping costs. Please note that refused deliveries are treated as a return or canceled order subject to the terms and conditions specified above under the heading Return - Cancellation Policy.
Freight is quoted location to location with no additional services including unloading from the truck. Customer will be responsible for all additional service costs. Customer must notify Anything Display if you do not have a high dock, fork lift or other means to unload merchandise to avoid any additional costs. Freight companies do not guarantee on time delivery with ground service.
Orders and Delivery outside of the United States and Canada may not be handled on-line. To guarantee prompt delivery and proper shipping, you should place your order by contacting us via email or telephone 239-433-9738.
