Artwork Guidelines
General Artwork Guidelines - Submitting Art, Color, Templates & Resolution
Any order that includes a printed graphic will require suitable artwork. Due to the large number of projects we manage daily there are a few important things you need to know. Please follow this process to insure your product is delivered timely.
Before submitting artwork for your project, an order must be placed first. Once you have placed an order your order number will serve as the tracking mechanism to manage your print project. You will be contacted via e-mail with detailed instructions on managing and uploading your art files. |

Submitting Artwork:
- All artwork files must be uploaded to our FTP site, files via e-mail will not be accepted.
- Zip files when submitting multiple art files.
- For artwork files greater than 500 meg please send a CD or call if you need further assistance.
- Name your file beginning with your order number Ex. 1234_file_name_of_your_choice
Color: All files must be converted to CMYK
Any critical colors should be specified as Pantone coated or un-coated. Art files must be in an editable format for color matching. (color matching fees may apply)
Be Sure to convert all your text to outlines when using Adobe Illustrator.
File Size: Whether you use our templates or you create your own document, please make sure the dimension of your file is the exact size of the finished size.
Image Resolution: Photos and graphics need to be 125 DPI at full size

Express 1-hour Layout Design
• Simple layout & Typesetting
• Vector base graphics (Customer must supply vector base graphics: logo, image and text)
Custom Design Basic (3 hours)
• Layout & Typesetting
• Simple photo editing which includes cropping and color adjusting
Custom Design Advanced (7 hours)
• Layout & Typesetting
• Photo editing which includes cropping, color adjusting, and cloning.
• Creating vector elements

Solvent Printing Process
This process uses durable and vibrant inks that promotes strong adhesion and excellent longevity with a robust resistance to fading and scratching, solvent printing is ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. Additionally, there is no need for lamination which makes solvent printing very affordable.
UV Printing Process
This state-of-the-art printing process uses ultra violet light to cure the ink onto a wide variety of rigid and flexible substrates. Once cure, the ink is bonded to the substrate and will not require lamination. UV ink, in conjunction with UV light,provides great longevity and vibrancy to a multitude of graphic applications.
Dye-Sublimation Printing Process
We use cutting edge fabric printing technologies at Anything Display. Utilizing two grand format, direct to fabric dye sub printers, we eliminate print steps and create fast and efficient work flows. This high speed process produces vibrant, six color output!
Aqueous Inkjet Printing Process
Our HP's have excellent color and high resolution output. All graphics must be laminated in order to be properly protected from scratching and fading
