Flag Banner Stand with Custom Printed Flag Graphic Wind Dancer LT 13.6 ft Telescoping Flag Pole This flag pole banner stands 13.6 feet high. The Wind Dancer LT a 4 foot smaller than the full sized Wind Dancer. Here is a great option for outdoor and indoor banner display. The Wind Dancer LT offers an adjustable height up to 13.6 foot tall. The unit comes with a hollow base allowing the option of adding either water or sand as a weighting agent. The constructed units are easy to position, erect and remove.
