Graphic Turn Time
Graphic printing turn time starts when the artwork is approved for printing. We email proofs within 1 - 2 business days. TURN TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE ART PROOFING OR SHIPPING. Once you have placed an order your order number will serve as the tracking mechanism to manage your print project. You will be contacted via e-mail with detailed instructions on managing and uploading your art files. NOTE: We will not print until we have your approval to print via email. Any order including a printed graphic, will require a suitable artwork. Artwork design or setup is not included in the cost of the display. |

After creating your artwork in Illustrator or Photoshop, upload it to us as a print ready PDF file.
When you are starting a design you must have a design software to formulate the layout. We recommend the Adobe programs, Illustrator or Photoshop. If you are using a different program there may be some unexpected issues or errors in the pre-flight process or when the file is ripped for proofing. To minimize these issues please outline text, embed or supply images and fonts, be sure to export your design as a print-ready PDF. WARNING: InDesign files are not accepted and if a PDF is created out of the program there may be issues with the file.

Images and Graphic Resolution: If you are going to use your own images for a design be sure they are high quality (300 DPI and at least 10 inches x 10 inches for scaling purposes) . The best quality images will come directly from the camera. Please do not use images from cell phone cameras. If you are taking pictures be sure the settings on the camera are for the max quality setting. Resolution and quality will depend on the camera used. Ideally you can have a professional photographer take the pictures as needed. Stock Images: This is a great alternative if you don’t have photos readily available. We recommend using Fotolia, shutterstock, or istock when selecting a stock photo. We recommend you purchase the largest license possible which will be either an XL or XXL this will guarantee resolution is high enough for scaling. Color: All files should be set up as a CMYK document, to give a better idea of what the final piece will look like. Files received in RGB or any other color format will automatically be converted to CMYK, as RGB is not used for print and is for web use only. Any critical colors should be specified as Pantone coated and art files must be in a layered format for color matching to be done. Color matching fees will be applied, and will not be added till discussed. Please contact [email protected]. | ![]() |
Fonts: Be sure to convert all your text to outlines or shapes depending on which program is being used. When using Adobe Illustrator select all text and convert to outlines. When using Photoshop select text layers and convert to shape. If the fonts are not outlined, the missing font will be substituted and may not be similar to original font chosen. This will delay the proofing process. If the program you use doesn’t have the option to “outline” the fonts or convert them to shapes, then please supply the fonts used in the design. Logos: We recommend using vector logos when you can. Some of the typical vector file formats are AI, EPS, SVG and PDF’s; high quality raster logos can be used also. File Size: When you use our templates to create your document, please make sure the dimension of your file is the exact size specified in the template. Please include the bleed built into the template to ensure you do not have white edges on your final piece. Files can be submitted at half or quarter scale if specified in the template for our wall 20ft displays and hanging banner items, otherwise all graphics must be sent at full scale. Submitting Artwork:
E-proofs are for layout purposes only, and they are not an accurate representation of color or resolution. Please refer to your original artwork for resolution and color properties. Colors will automatically be converted to CMYK for printing. |
